| 38 Long Colt; good bore, good grips, 4.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1902. Traces of original blued finish, mainly on the barrel. Casehardened frame, aged mostly bright. Original checkered hard rubber birds head grips. Matching serial numbers. The top of the barrel is stamped with the Colt's Hartford two line address. Left side of the barrel stamped "COLT. D.A. 38". Patent dates in three lines on the left side of the frame along with the circled Rampant Colt logo. Exposed metal has pin prick pitting, most on the left side of the frame and barrel. Mechanically fine. Bore and chambers have light corrosion throughout., s/n 1335xx |
