| 38 Caliber; 88% blue, good bore, fair grips, 6'' barrel, COLT MODEL 1892 D.A. 38 REVOLVER MADE IN 1894 IN ANTIQUE FINE CONDITION. THE HIGH POLISH BLUING SHOWS MODERATE WEAR ON THE BARREL AND CYLINDER WITH SOME VERY LIGHT OXIDATION PRESENT. THE TRIGGER AND HAMMER RETAIN APPROX 85% OF THEIR FIRE BLUE. THE BORE IS BRIGHT WITH WORN BUT STILL GOOD DISTINCT RIFLING ALONG WITH SOME LIGHT CORROSION PRESENT. THE MISMATCHED COMPOSITE GRIPS ARE NUMBERED TO TWO DIFFERENT REVOLVERS AND THE LEFT PANEL HAS A LARGE CHIP OUT OF ITS BASE. THE ACTION IS SMOOTH, TIGHT AND VERY SLIGHTLY LATE TIMING., s/n 143xx |
