| 41 RF; good bore, very good grips, 2.5'' barrel, Cased No1 and No2 Colt deringer pistols. The 1st Model all steel construction, has been cleaned of any finish with scattered pitting. British proofed. Marked on top of the barrel "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG Co/HARTFORD CT. U.S.A." and "NO1". Action functions however mainspring is week. The 2nd Model has a gold plated barrel, frame is grey, with checkered walnut grips. Finish wearing on the barrel. Matching serial numbers. The action functions well. Stamped on top of the barrel "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG Co/HARTFORD CT. U.S.A." and "NO2". The wooden case has a maroon felt lined compartmentalized interior. A paper label under the lid reads "Colt's Patent Fire Arms Manufacturing Co. 14 Pall Mall, S.W. London". The case is in good condition, shows its age, no damage., s/n 40xx |
