THE SLIDE HAS BEEN ENGRAVED WITH APPROX 90% COVERAGE THEN COPPER WASHED. THIS COPPER WASHED FINISH USUALLY PRECEEDED NICKLE PLATING AND WAS NOT VERY DURABLE.THE FRAME IS REBLUED AND EXCELLENT AS SUCH. THE METAL GRIPS APPEAR TO BE PEWTER WITH A FLORAL PATTERN CAST IN.
