| 22 Long; fair bore, fair stock, 24'' barrel, Manufactured c.1903. Original blued finish has turned mainly patina with some traces of blue. Walnut stock with checkered forend, checkering well worn. Original fixed front sight, missing the rear sight. Wood lightly sanded and refinished long ago. The forend has a crack on the bottom of the full length. Original hard rubber checkered buttplate a bit worn. Light spotting with a few small dings on the left receiver. Bores rilfing is visible however shows rather heavy corrosion. Mechanically fine., s/n 811xx |
