Octagon barrel marked on top with the Colt's address and patent dates in two lines. Hard rubber buttplate is a possible replacement. The frame and upper tang have some pitting. Several tiny dings on the brass magazine tube loading guide. Tight crack on the bottom of the forend ahead of the screw. Mechanically fine. Rough bore. C&R/FFL, s/n 583xx |
