| 30 Caliber Rimfire; excellent bore, very good+ grips, 2.25'' barrel, Manufactured c.1874-1876. Solid frame spur hammer. Factory nickel finish with varnished rosewood birdshead grips. 98% fire blued finish remains on the screws, trigger, hammer edge and cylinder pin. Matching serial number 5-shot cylinder. Matching serial number round barrel with two line Colt's address on top. Etched on the left side COLT NEW 30 which remains strong. Nickel finish is bright showing some scattered minor spotting. Most nickel loss is on the cylinder face and over two chambers. Light varnish wear on the high edges on the grips. The action functions well and the bore is bright and strong. Antique., s/n 64xx |
