| 357 Magnum; 98% blue, good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, COLT PYTHON MADE IN 1961 WITH A SLIGHT BORE ISSUE. THE BLUING HAS BEEN REFINISHED SHOWING ONLY A LIGHT TURN RING ON THE CYLINDER. THE BORE IS MIRROR BRIGHT WITH WHAT AT FIRST GLANCE LOOKS LIKE EXCELLENT RIFLING. UPON CLOSE INSPECTION THERE IS A VERY SLIGHT RING IN THE BORE AT MID POINT THAT WAS POSSIBLE CAUSED BY A SQUIB LOAD AT SOME POINT. THIS RING IS VERY SLIGHT AND IS NOT A BULGE, BUT IT IS PRESENT. THE ORIGINAL GRIPS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH PACHMAYR GRIPPER RUBBER GRIPS. THE ACTION IS SMOOTH TIGHT AND IN TIME. NO BOX OR PAPERS., s/n 141xx |
