| 45 Colt; 85% blue, fair bore, good grips, 5.5'' barrel, Blued finish with plain walnut grips. Standard Colt's markings with the two line address and patent dates on top of the barrel. Fixed sights. RAC inspector markings located on the right side of the frame, rear of the cylinder and bottom of the barrel. The bottom of the barrel is also marked "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" and P proofed. Grips are not marked and appear to have been sanded on. The metal finish has thinning with areas of spotting and oxidation. Bore is dark with light pitting throughout. The action functions fine with good lockup. Matching number on cylinder latch., s/n 425xx |
