| Marked on the right side of the receiver ring "R. Famage" with the Columbian Ejercito De Columbia crest on top of the receiver ring and the receiver bridge is marked on the top ".30 Cal/M2". Mis-matched numbers. The stock appears to be a replacement reused from a Model 30 rifle without finger grooves, and the lower band is a replacement. The front sight blade has been replaced as well. Probable Columbian refurbished at some point, possibly using a VZ12/33 action. The bore shows wear. Older CAI import marked on the exposed barrel. |
