| 8mm Mauser; 85% blue, poor bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Post war brno manufacture, marked on the left side of the receiver CESKO SLOVENSKA ZBROJOVKA, A.S. BRNO. Matching number bolt body, the remainder of the numbered parts are not matching. Blue metal finish, mounted in a beechwood stock and laminated handguard. Large stamped trigger guard and stamped bands. The stock is a replacement from an Israeli K98 which is stamped with a large 7.62 on the bottom of the butt. The metal finish shows some wear and handling. The wood is oil soaked with small dings and scratches overall. Mechanically fine. The bore has strong rifling however is dark with rust. There is a visible ring inside the bore with a slight bulge on the exterior about 4 inches from the muzzle. No import markings. C&R/FFL, s/n 85xxM |
