| 8.15x46mmR; 80% blue, good bore, good stock, 31.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1906 by E. Kohler of Hannover. Full octagon blued finish barrel, missing the front sight blade. 7 inch dovetailed flat on top of the barrel. Stamped over the chamber "WITTENER STAHL". Offset tang mounted block for rear sight, missing any sight and the set screw. Color case hardened dropping block action with floral relief engraving. Single wedge walnut handguard. Walnut stock with checkered grip and case colored hooked buttplate. Adjustable rear set double triggers. Matching numbers, had writted on the forend inside the barrel channel, along with a previous owners name written in pencil "PROPERTY JACK VALNIER". Wood shows handling. Bore is strong, light frost throughout. Action functions fine., s/n 13xx |
