| 30 LUGER; 97% blue, 90% straw, excellent bore, good grips, 4.75'' barrel, Produced during the 1920s for commercial sale to Switzerland, using surplus parts. The numbered parts are matching. The metal finish appears to be an old refinish, with original checkered walnut grips. Many of the small parts are Erfurt proofed. The toggle, chamber date and right side receiver markings have been scrubbed. DWM neatly inscribed on the sideplate. The front of the frame is hand stamped with a small "BIS". Complete with a Swiss wood bottom magazine which is serial numbered but does not match the gun. The metal finish shows minor sharp edge and light high point holster wear. Rig, includes a 1923 dated holster with shoulder strap in good condition. Magazine pouch appears to be a newer addition. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 72xxu, Catalog Number SW-80 |
