| 10.4mm; 90% blue, poor bore, good grips, 6.25'' barrel, Double action revolver manufactured in Belgium c.1860's. Blued finish with plain walnut grips. Octagon barrel, engraved on the top "FRANCOTTE A LIEGE", and marked on the left side "E.LEFAUCHEU/BREVETE". Fixed sights. Standard Belgian proofiing of the period. The metal retains most of the blued finish however is coated with surface rusting and the rod for ejecting cartridges on the right side of the frame is bent. Revolver is complete and the action functions well. The bore and cylinder chambers are rusty. Antique, s/n 108xx |
