| Both are marked with the SS number and initials of Otto Sens, with copies of Otto Sens SS Records. Otto Sens was the Commander of the Einsatzkommando I/II, 10th Army in Opole (Oppeln). SS dagger is a original Himmler presentation Eickhorn, all parts and markings correct and clear. Handle has been broken but expertly repaired with only a small chip missing near the right wing of Eagle. Cross guard has been buffed bright but is the original part. Blade has polishing and sharpening marks but is still in excellent condition. Sword is Cavalry motif with nickel plate, Eagle head, red eyes, with portapee. Markings on bottom cross guard include crossed keys and SS runes intertwined in a rectangle. Blade is unmarked., |
