THE FINISH SHOWS MODERATE FADING THROUGHOUT WITH HEAVIER FADING ON THE BARREL BANDS. THE BORE IS DARK WITH WORN, BUT GOOD RIFLING REMAINING. THE RIGHT SIDE OF RECEIVER IS STAMPED WITH CROWN / V.R. / ENFIELD / 1887 / CROWN / IV / 1. THE LEFT SIDE OF RECEIVERS BEARS OPPOSING BROAD ARROW SALE MARK. THE BARREL SHOWS MULTIPLE REWORK PROOFS. THE STOCK AND FOREARM ARE VERY GOOD WITH LIGHT HANDLING WEAR. THE RIGHT BUTTSTOCK HAS THE ORIGINAL BRITISH PROOF, OPPOSING BROAD ARROW SALE MARK AND NEPALESE PROOFS.
