| good bore, good stock, 14'' barrel, Brass barrel, iron lock, mounted in a brass mounted walnut stock. British halmarked proofs on the left side of the barrel, the top of the barrel is marked "LONDON". No legible maker marks, with pitting on the lock and trigger. The ramrod is probably a later replacement. The lock functions fine though the frizen spring is a bit weak. There is a tight 1 inch crack in the stock behind the upper tang. Antique, |
