| 12 Ga; very good bore, poor stock, 28'' barrel, Made in Germany in 1968. Marked on top of the right barrel "SPECIAL-GEWEHRLAUF-STAHL S.G.1" and on the left barrel "ERNST-THALMANN-WERK, SUHL". Features a boxlock action, double triggers and extractors. Metal finish has thinned overall with no case colors remaining on the frame, with some spotting. The wood shows use and wear with dings and scuffs, the stock has a crack on the left flat with a screw and ferrule run through behind the frame and the buttplate is a replacement. The forearm has a screw run through the right side to stabilize a loose fit. Mechanically the action works well however the lockup is loose with play in all directions.
