| 12 Ga; 90% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 29.25'' barrel, German high quality pre-war manufacture, marked on top of both barrels "F.W. KESSLER, SUHL" and on the sides of both barrels "NITRO". Crown/U and W proofs on the barrels. Blued barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered European walnut. Matching serial numbers on the forearm, barrels and frame. 2 1/2 inch chambers with Full and Modified chokes. Features a boxlock action, Greener style crossbolt, extractors, side mounted rotary cocking indicators, double triggers, latch release forearm and a rounded full grip stock with cheekrest. The barrels show light finish wear with scattered minor handling scratches and minor spotting. There is an area of surface rust and pitting along the rib approximately 4 inches from the muzzle. The frame has generous case colors remaining. The wood has scattered light dings and scratches. Mechanically fine with tight lockup., s/n 319xx |
