| 7.5x55mm; 80% blue, good bore, good stock, 26'' barrel, Circa 1897. Blued finish heavy octagonal barrel, marked on the top dovetailed flat with a name "PAUL HAEUSSLER" and "CHAUX-DE-FONDS". Left side of the receiver is stamped "FRIED. STUCKI / CHAUX-DE-FONDS.". No front sight. Adjustable windage and elevation with stop. Adjustable double set triggers. Walnut stock and wedge kept forend. Stutzen buttplate. Missing sling swivels. The buttstock is a bit loose and will need attention. Brass diamond inlay on right side of butt. Top of butt has a small notch cut. And the wood has been lightly sanded.. Action functions fine. The bore is dirty however should scrub out to better condition., s/n 38xx |
