| 22LR; 95% blue, excellent bore, excellent stock, 27 1/2'' barrel, Matching bolt and bolt assembly. The left side of the barrel is marked “KAL .22 LONG RIFLE 5.4MM. The top of the barrel is marked, Original Geco Sportbuchse Mod. 37. The bottom of the barrel is marked 338. The right side of the barrel is marked with Crown / B, Crown / U inspection marks. The left side of the receiver is marked, GUSTAV GENSCHOW & CO. AKT, GES. / ABTL, WAFFENFABRIK BERLIN-TREPTOW. The top of the receiver is marked with the Geco logo. The front sight is a blade mounted into a grove in a serrated ramp attached to a band on the barrel and the rear sight is a tangent. The stock has a checkered pistol grip with a plastic end cap, buttplate and trigger guard. Forend is also checkered. The stock shows mild compression marks and handling marks throughout. There are sling swivels on the fore stock and butt. Bore is dull with strong rifling. Mild muzzle and edge wear. From the J.M.Davis collection., s/n 15xx |
