| Original WW2 era SS chained dagger, very good blade with visible cross grain the full length. There is some scattered minor spotting. Clearly etched slogan, no maker marks. Ebony handle in good condition with very good eagle/swaz and button insets. There is a repaired chip at the guard on the opposite side of the insets and a small piece of the handle beginning to lift. Guard and pommel have some wear with speckling. The plated fittings on the scabbard show some dullness and wear and there are two small dents on the bottom of the ball tip. Original chain with some minor corrosion, and includes the leather belt loop. Scabbard body has some scattered light surface spotting., |
