| This rare dagger has a splotchy blade marked. “Meine Ehre heißt Treue†(Loyalty is my honour), no maker mark and a broken tip. The top cross guard is loose with both cross guards showing chipping, peeling and patina. The ebony wood handle has several large chips with the roundel missing. The eagle insignia is present. The black painted scabbard retains about 40% finish with remaining patina. The scabbard also has a dent on the front. The SS runes and skull chains are patina with to top chain broken off of the Celtic design snap that is also missing the spring portion., |
