| WW1 issue, maker marked RICH. A. HERDER/SOLINGEN on the blade ricasso. The top edge of the blade has an Imperial proof and a date 1916. 9 7/8 inch bright blade, showing spotting and two tiny nicks on the edge. Original wood grips in good condition. Very little blue finish remains on the guard and pommel. Includes a non-original metal scabbard which fits the blade fine. Overall good condition., |
