| Scarce original WW2 era issue M1936 chained SS dagger, complete with the original scabbard and chain. The blade has some etched pitting on the slogan side and shows signs of light sharpening. The handle has a tight crack on both sides at the pommel, and two tiny chips and a small raise on one side at the guard. Both the guard and pommel have turned dull with some freckling. The scabbard has original paint finish showing scrapes and scratches, with a small dent on one side. The three plated mounts have some freckling and the tip has some lost finish. There is a minor dent on the bottom of the ball. All mounts retain their original screws. The chain is complete with the clip intact. Overall good original condition., |
