| 8.5'' barrel, Pristine example of the WWII Nazi German SS dagger by Gottlieb Hammesfahr. Excellent overall condition. Near 100% anodizing on scabbard, the blade has nice cross graining still on the blade. The SS blade is a polished type containing the SS motto, Meine Ehre Heisst Treue (My Honor is Loyalty). It has early nickel silver fittings. The reverse of the cross marked with a roman numeral III. Very small chip top right corner of grip. A very solid original SS Dagger, |
