| 22 LR; excellent bore, good stock, 25.5'' barrel, Built on a 96/11 or 1911 rifle action. Heavy tapered barrel with globe front sight. Post insert. Receiver has dovetails cut over the breech and behind the port with an unmarked fully adjustable rear aperture sight mounted. Military walnut stock has been modified with a two piece butt having a full pistol grip and adjustable hooked buttplate. Double set adjustable triggers. Brass finger plate attached on the right side. Three point sling swivels added on barrel and forend with a swiveling swivel on the butt. Wood knob handrest screwed to the front trigger guard tang. Illegible name engraved on the top of the barrel. No remaining metal finish, dark spotting overall. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. Mechanically fine., s/n 4 |
