| 22 Long Rifle; 95% blue, excellent bore, very good grips, 8'' barrel, Model manufactured 1928-1942. 4th variation. Blued finish is possible older restoration or factory refinish, some of the markings on right side of barrel faint. Checkered walnut one piece target grip (attached from the front). 7 inch angle sided barrel with fixed front sight, elevation adjustable rear sight. Grooved trigger. Checkered hammer which has broken, with jeweled sides (included for repair). Marked on the left side of the barrel "H&R.22 SINGLE SHOT/LONG RIFLE CARTRIDGE/U.S.R.A MODEL". Top of the barrel rib marked with the Worcester address in one line. The metal finish shows light wear with scattered handling marks, minor spotting along the left side upper edge of the barrel. Mechanically fine sans the hammer. Includes an extra set of checkered walnut target grips, variations which attach from the rear, in good used condition. C&R/FFL, s/n 30xx |
