| 16 Gauge PF; 90% blue, good bore, very good stock, 30'' barrel, Old model 15 pinfire 16 bore underlever double gun, manufactured c.1877-1890. Belgian steel barrels with flat wide rib and silver bead. 2 1/2" chambers, chokes gauge open Cylinder. Color case hardened frame, levers, fancy trigger guard and lockplates. Game scene engraving on frame and lockplates. Walnut straight grip stock with cheekrest and casehardened steel buttplate. 14" LOP. The case colored parts retain a good 90% color. Barrels have widely scattered minor surface spotting, some light pitting around the ends of both barrels. Left barrel has a tiny ding on top approx 7 1/2" from the muzzle. Bores are a bit dull with minor corrosion. Antique., s/n 186xx |
