| 16 Gauge; good bore, poor stock, 29.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1917. Blued steel barrels. Casehardened frame and lockplates. Checkered walnut stock. 2 9/16" Chambers, Full chokes. Greener style crossbolt. Matted barrel rib, damaged sight bead. Matching serial numbers. Shows heavy use. Worn finish on the barrels with surface rusting overall. Rust spotting on the frame and lockplates. Wood worn with smoothed checkering and handling marks. Missing the buttplate, the stock has a large chip of wood missing at the toe. A slip over pad is attached, and has the section of missing wood inside for possible repair. Cracked on the right side of the upper tang, running to the rear of the lockplate. Actions function fine and barrel lockup is good. Bright bores. Our import mark., s/n 1065xx |
