| 8x57mm; 75% blue, very good bore, fair stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1952. FN commercial 98 Mauser action. Blued finish, checkered beechwood stock. Ramped fixed front and elevation adjustable rear sight. Receiver has been drilled and tapped with Weaver scope bases installed. Stock has been cut with a rubber recoil pad attached. Wood comb extension attached to the stock. Bedding work has been done around the action. Aftermarket right side mounted safety installed, safety removed from the bolt shroud. Bolt handle modified slightly with large plastic knob threaded to the handle. Stock has a 1/2" crack behind the receiver tang. Metal finish shows wear and handling with scattered rust spotting. Import marked., s/n 1337xx |
