| 9.3X62MM; 87% blue, very good+ bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1953. FN commercial 98 Mauser action with matching bolt. Blued finish, mounted in a walnut stock with checkered grip. Expertly modified stock with adjustable comb and Kassnar vented recoil pad fitted. Ramped frint sight, drift adjustable rear sight. Receiver has been drilled and tapped for a side mount, and for top mount bases. Weaver #35 front and #55 rear bases installed. Metal finish shows some wear and handling. The stock is overall in good condition however there is a repaired crack behind the receiver tang, stock relieved behind the tang with bedding material added. Safety added on the right side of the receiver tang. The bore is bright with strong rifling. Our import mark., s/n 1613xx |
