| 9.3x62mm; 85% blue, good bore, fair stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1953. FN commercial 98 Mauser action. Blued finish, beechwood stock with checkered grip, recoil pad fitted. Fixed front and rear sights. Receiver has been drilled and with a modified one piece front base and Weaver #45 rear base. Matching bolt. Alternate safety installed at the right receiver tang, safety lever removed from the bolt shroud. Stock has a crack at the end of the receiver tang. Bore is bright with strong rifling however hs visible areas of rust/corrosion. Import marked., s/n 1529xx |
