| 6.5x55mm; 75% blue, fair bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Husqvarna manufacture M38 Swedish Mauser rifle, sporterized with original blued finish. Mounted in a plain walnut stock with rosewood tip. Original fixed front sight. Ladder sight removed. Receiver drilled and tapped with Weaver bases installed. A tasco 4-12x40 scope is mounted. Duplex reticle with clear optics. Original bolt with electro-penciled matching shroud. Handle has been modified and swept back for scope clearance. Low scope safety installed but needs some attention. Stock has had quite a bit of routing out and fitting work done, most over relieved. Bore is dark with worn rifling. Surface rust here and there on the metal., s/n 6741xx |
