| 16 Gauge; fair bore, poor stock, 31 3/8'' barrel, Manufactured circa 1890 with browned Damascus barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 2 9/16 inch chambers with Full and Modifed chokes. Later variation mdoel 15 with the standard trigger guard. The metal finish has turned a smooth patina overall, a bit lighter on the frame, with minor spotting overall. The right barrel has a tiny ding on the side just above the sling swivel. The wood has many small dings and shows finish wear. The stock has a crack on the left above the lockplate and chips missing along the top of the right sideplate. The actions are not working and the one firing pin and collar is missing . Barrel lockup is good. SOLD AS IS for parts or display. Antique., s/n 166xx |
