| 12 Gauge; 85% blue, excellent bore, fair stock, 25.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1936. Original blue finish barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 2 3/4 inch chambers, the barrel have been shortened to length. The barrels have been re-choked Extra Full and Full. Features a boxlock action with a Greener style crossbolt, extractors, double triggers, latch release forearm and an english style straight grip stock with a 15 inch LOP. The finish on the barrels shows wear and thinning, with handling marks overall. The frame shows only traces of case color. The wood shows finish wear with dings and scuffs overall. The stock has been repaired with the lower half of the stock having been cut and re-fitted. The trigger guard has a repair to a break across the back of the bow at the screw. Mechanically fine with tight lockup. C&R/FFL, s/n 1640xx |
