Small ring Mauser "strengthened" action variation of the Model 640, with original blue finish, mounted in a checkered beechwood stock. Ramped fixed front sight with hood. Fixed rear sight. There is a minor crack on the stock behind the receiver tang and a small sliver of wood missing on the upper edge of the left side of the forend. Mechanically fine with a bright strong bore.
