| 12 Ga; 40% blue, good bore, poor stock, 28.75'' barrel, Manufactured October 1931. Marked on top of both barrels "KRUPP-LAUFSTAHL" and on both sides of the frame "J.P. Sauer & Sohn, Suhl". 2 1/2 inch chambers with Full and Modified chokes. Blued barrels, casehardened receiver and mounted in checkered walnut. Features a boxlock action, Greener style crossbolt, double triggers, extractors, tang mounted safety and latch release forearm. The metal finish on the barrels is worn with some minor spotting and a small ding on the left barrel. The case colors on the frame have faded away and it has been cleaned bright. The wood shows wear with minor dings and smoothed checkering, the wrist has a repaired break which is stable. A rubber spacer has been installed under the original buttplate. Mechanically fine with tight lockup., s/n 3100xx |
