| .22LR; Fair bore, Very good + stock, 20'' barrel, J. Stevens Crack Shot, breech loading rifle, chambered for .22 Long Rifle. The firearm utilizes a blue'd receiver, walnut fixtures, and a 20" barrel. The rifle is marked on the top of the barrel "*Crack-Shot* Pat. App'l'd For.*". The patents for the Crack Shot were certified in 1913, dating this firearm to 1900-1912. Stock shows very few handling marks. Rear buttstock look to be replaced. Barrel has taken on a gray patina. Has balde front sight and a notched rear iron sight. Action needs some work. Trigger does not lock back into place at full-cock., s/n Lxx |
