| 6.5mm Japanese; 98% blue, good bore, very good stock, 31.25'' barrel, JAPANESE TYPE 38 RIFLE. Chambered for a 6.5MM. It is a series 28 and was manufactured at the Nagoya Arsenal. The front sight is an inverted V with guards and the rear is a Peep with folding leaf graduated in 100-meter increments from 400 meters to 2400meters. The top of the receiver has the Royal Chrysanthemum and characters signifying Type 38 stamped on top. The stock is a two piece and it has short handguard. The stock is in very good condition and the metal finish has scattered patina on the barrel. The cleaning rod is missing., s/n 758xx |
