The maker's records confirm this shotgun was made in 1892. Replacement barrels with rib marked "BARRELS BY GEORGE GIBBS Ltd. 37. BALDWIN St. BRISTOL." Birmingham Proofed. Chambers proved at 2 1/2" with extractor, chokes measured cylinder/improved modified, and 14 1/2" LOP. The walnut forearm and stock are checkered and in very good condition with mild wear.
