| Silver bowel in art deco style with the nazi Luftwaffe eagle/swaz engraved under "Zur Vermahlung 1941" and "Uffz.Korp L 22073" along with two swaztikas around the inside edges. Hallmarked by the famous French Silversmith Christofle. The meaning of the hallmarks are ambiguous, but it is likely silver plated. Measures 10 1/4 inches in diameter, 3 3/4 inches in height. Weighs approximatley 1lb 7oz. Aside from light scratches and some toning the bowel is in excellent condition and should polish up nicely. |
