| 8x57mm M/88; 90% blue, good bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Custom Mannlicher sporting rifle built on what looks like a Dutch action. British crown/V and Nitro proofs. Blued finish. Checkered walnut pistol gripped stock with horn forend tip and grip cap. Flat steel buttplate. Stepped round barrel with fixed front sight, fixed rear sight with one standing and one folding leaf. Quick release floorplate. Receiver ring has a dovetailed scope base installed. Stippled flat on top of the ring. Left rear receiver has a screw lug for attachment of the rear scope ring. Single strawed trigger, plugged slot for a second set trigger. Bolt and buttplate have matching serial numbers. The stock is overall very good however there is a small tight crack behind the receiver tang. .318 bore., s/n 195xx |
