It is Nepal marked, N.S/ NEP on left side of barrel at rear sight. Bore is gray with strong dark grooves. The MARK III bayonet has an 18 ¼-inch blade marked, 6 ’98, and on reverse with, EFD / Crown / X, and F.A.8 00. Leather scabbard has brass fixtures and is marked, CIF ?00., s/n 5xx |
