| 7.63mm Mauser; 50% blue, poor bore, very good grips, 5.5'' barrel, Manufactured c.1897. Original blued finish and grooved walnut grips. Matching serial numbers including the grips. U.S. retailer marked on the left side of the frame "VON LENGERKE & DETMOLD NEW-YORK". Commercial crown/U proofs. Large ring hammer. Fixed front sight. Tangent rear sight. Stamped on top of the barrel flat "WAFFENFABRIK/MAUSER/OBERNDORF A/N". Metal finish has turned a blue/patina mix overall. Includes a reproduction walnut stock holster in excellent condition. No import markings. Mechanically fine. The bore is heavily worn with corrosion throughout., s/n 227xx |
