| 22 LONG RIFLE; 90% blue, very good bore, good stock, 25.75'' barrel, Pre-war manufacture single shot bolt action rifle. Original blued finish. Walnut stock with checkered grip and grooved forend. Ramped fixed front sight. Tangent rear sight. Small Mauser banner logo over the chamber. Commercial crown/B, U and G proofing. Checkered horn buttplate has insect damage. Strong Mauser target logo on the right side of the buttstock. Metal has areas of thin finish, with scattered minor surface rust spotting. Stock is overall in good condition however there is a chip at the toe with some chipping around the toe of the buttplate. Mechanically in fine condition., s/n 232xx |
