| 22 Long Rifle; 95% blue, excellent bore, fair stock, 25.75'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany circa 1930s. Single shot bolt action. Old reblue finish on the metal, original walnut stock. Ramped fixed front sight. Tangent rear sight. Matching serial numbers. Commercial crown/B and U proofs. The stock has been sanded with the checkering on the sides of the grip recut. The safety lever on the left side of the action has been removed and the stock modified in the area for a side mounted receiver sight of some sort, since removed, leaving two drilled and tapped holes. The factory grooved receiver has two slots filed across the grooves. Mechanically fine with a sharp bore. C&R/FFL, s/n 225xx |
