| 8mm Mauser; 93% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 24'' barrel, Sporterized K98 Mauser. The barrel is stamped "CAL. 8X57 J.S. on the left side near the reciever. The sporter barrel has a blade front sight and a fixed rear sight. The top of the reciever ring has been checkered. The reciever has not been drilled and tapped for scope bases. The bolt handle has been altered to a flat spoon handle shape. The walnut stock has a checkered forend and pistol-grip. There stock is cracked behind the tang. Sling swivel and a leather sling. Black plastic butt-plate. The reciever has light surface rust on the left siede of the ring. The barrel has some minor abrasions behind the rear sight., s/n 99xx |
