| 9mm Luger; 92% blue, good bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, All matching except the grips which are not numbered or proofed and the magazine which is a proper variation for the pistol black bottom fxo mag, stamped P08. Stamped on top of the toggle with the Mauser code byf and on top of the chamber with the date code 42 (1942). The right side of the receiver is stamped with two eagle/135 proofs followed by a military acceptance stamp. A small eagle/135 proof is located on the left side of the barrel and two other military acceptance stamps appear on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechbolt. The left side frame is stamped P.08. The origingal blue finish shows edge wear and high point holstering wear. The finish on the grip straps shows some thinning on both the front and back. The grips show wear with worn points on the checkering, the right grip is a little loose., s/n 85xxC, Catalog Number BW-1 |
