9 mm; 99% blue, 100% straw, like new bore, like new grips, like new stock, 12'' barrel, 99% blue, 100% straw, like new bore, like new grips, like new stock, 12'' barrel , Manufactured by Mauser-Werke Oberndorf circa 1979, commemorating the 75th year of Mauser's production of Luger pistols. This gun is number 174 of only 250 produced total. Based on a 1920 style Luger carbine, cased with matching stock and accessories. Original blue finish, strawed small parts and mounted with checkered walnut grips and forend. Beaded fixed front sight with a 300 meter adjustable rear sight. The top of the chamber area has the recent Mauser family crest, the Wurttemberg Crest in the center, flanked by a crowned standing lion on the left and a large stag on the right. The toggle has a gold "DWM" logo etched on top. The left side frame is marked with the following gold etched inscription, "75 JAHRE/Parabellum-Pistole/Mod. Karabiner". The front grip strap is marked MAUSER-WERKE OBERNDORF GMBH and the back of the frame is marked MADE IN GERMANY. This example is not Intermarms marked. The cased accessories include the matching walnut carbine stock, two extra wood base Mauser marked factory magazines, takedown tool, bore brush, pin punch tool, brass cleaning rod, 2 cleaning rod jag tips, 2 keys for the case locks and 3 wood handled tools, all stored in an original factory supplied compartmentalized leather bound carrying case. The original hang tag is attached to the forend sling swivel. The factory test target and warranty card are present inside a pouch on the lid. The metal finish on the pistol is 99.9%, having a minor toggle mark on the back of the frame. Appears unfired internally and is in fine mechanical condition.
